International cooking school Le Cordon Bleu are offering a selection of 2 day courses, perfect for beginners, gourmet enthusiasts or those wanting to be the best house party host. Their selection of courses have been designed to satisfy the time and budget conscious, as well as offer a great way to experience first-hand the world of Le Cordon Bleu.
They are currently offer 4 short courses:
– Mad about Italy – Fou d’Italie
– Food Photography and Styling Workshop
– Traditional French Breads – Pain français traditionnel
– Modern French Breakfast Pastries – moderne viennoiserie
Mad about Italy is the first course that is on offer, and this is being held om Thursday 5th and Friday 6th April 2018. This is part of its range of cuisine lessons dedicated to bread baking, and will introduce participants to the secrets of making Italian specialties. The 2-day hands-on workshop will cover pizza dough, pane acido, focaccia, ciabatta, sfogliatelle, bombolini (donuts), zeppole, through to making cannoli and panettone (sweet bread loaf).
